Services described on this site

Pages describing engagements, fees, and methods are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope (email confirmation or signed statement of work). Prices shown as starting fees may change after intake.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, layout, and graphics we publish — belongs to Console Vertex Point unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Briefings delivered under an engagement belong to the client organisation named in the scope, except that we retain the right to reuse anonymised methodological know-how.

Client materials

Materials you provide for an engagement (ticket exports, guides, access credentials) remain yours. We use them only to perform the agreed work and handle them under our privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to re-supply of the website information or the cost of re-supply. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We do not warrant that observation findings will produce a particular business result. Recommendations are professional opinions based on the sittings and materials available.

Acceptable use of the website

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms for spam, or scrape content in bulk. Mock form endpoints are provided for demonstration of client-side behaviour only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Western Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
