Operator Session Review
Focused sittings with a small group of operators to capture how a single workflow behaves under real load.
Purpose
When a single workflow — refunds, roster changes, incident triage — keeps failing under pressure, a full audit may be more than you need. An Operator Session Review concentrates on that workflow across a handful of sittings.
What happens
We observe two to four sessions with the people who run the workflow daily. Notes focus on sequence breaks, ambiguous labels, and hand-offs between screens. You receive a short memo (usually four to six pages) within a week of the last sitting.
Good fit when
- A release changed one console area and tickets spiked
- Night-shift and day-shift disagree about the “correct” path
- You want evidence before asking for design or engineering time
Fee and booking
Review blocks start at AUD 2,800. Ask for a date and tell us which workflow and which roles to include.
