Engagement Guarantees & Terms
All Console Vertex Point diagnostic engagements are delivered on a fixed-scope, milestone-driven basis. We do not bill ambiguous hourly overages or impose recurring software subscription locks.
Payment & Milestone Schedule
- Discovery & Ingestion Deposit (50%): Due upon mutual signing of the diagnostic scope agreement and initial data access configuration.
- Final Delivery & Debrief Milestone (50%): Due upon delivery of the complete Technical Remediation Specification and completion of the live engineering walkthrough.
Non-Disclosure & Security Standards
Before any data ingestion or repository inspection occurs, Console Vertex Point executes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We work exclusively with sanitized or pseudonymized event records and do not store sensitive customer PII.
