Project fees and estimate factors for console interaction analytics work.
Pricing follows the shape of the engagement. We do not sell monthly seats. The figures below are starting points in Australian dollars; final quotes depend on console complexity, number of roles observed, and travel if on-site work is required outside Perth.

Estimate factors we discuss at intake
- How many distinct operator roles use the console
- Whether observation is remote, in Perth, or requires interstate travel
- Access constraints (dual control rooms, air-gapped environments, supervised screen-share only)
- Whether you need a second presentation for a wider leadership group
Deposits and timing
Audits and briefing packs usually require a 40% deposit to reserve the observation window. Session reviews may be billed in full before the first sitting for shorter scopes. Invoices are due within 14 days unless a purchase-order schedule is agreed in writing.
What fees do not cover
Engineering changes, visual redesign, staff training curricula, and third-party software licences remain outside our fees. If those appear necessary, we note them as recommendations — we do not sell them.
